Additional Notes for Visa applications:
· Note that the visa fees are non-refundable if the application gets rejected.
· Regarding any insurance claims in case the applicant is tested positive then he or she should have to contact the Insurance company only. We do not provide any claims regarding the same.
· PLEASE VERIFY ALL VISA DETAILS, IF ANY CHANGE OR ERROR ON THE VISA SEND TO US AFTER 48 HRS WILL NOT BE CORRECTED.
· ANY ABSCONDING ON OUR VISA WILL BE PENALIZED AND A FINE SUBJECT TO UAE AND GULF NORMS WILL BE PAID BY THE AGENT / CUSTOMER
· WE ARE A VISA FACILITATOR SO WE DO NOT INFLUENCE ANY VISA DELAYS OR IMMIGRATION ISSUES IF OCCURRED. VISA IS THE SOLE PREROGATIVE OF UAE GOVERNMENT. IF VISA IS REFUSED OR REJECTED DUE TO ANY REASON, WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SAME.

We recommend you to read this carefully. The below terms and conditions would govern any/all bookings made by any mode through M/s Jas Tours and Travels. Registered Office: A 22, Neel Terrace Society, Near Old Vasana Jakat Naka, Vadodara-390015 (Gujarat) INDIA.
No person may alter these conditions on the Company’s behalf.
The terms and conditions may vary depending on “flight(s) only”, “hotel(s) only” , “visa(s) only”or a “package booking”. For “flight(s) only” and “hotel(s) only” bookings, we shall book the same with the relevant supplier(s) acting as an agent to them and your contract would be subject to the supplier’s own terms and conditions in addition to the terms and conditions of M/s Jas Tours and Travels.
(a) A contract would not be deemed as valid until the booking is accepted by us and till a deposit or a full payment is received at our end against the same. We, at our own discretion, reserve all rights to deny to make a contract for any/either of the bookings made with our representative(s) or through our website.
(b) Prior to making a contract with us, you confirm that the below terms and conditions are accepted by you in all aspects and that you take responsibility of accepting these conditions on behalf of any additional members of the booking (applicable if more than one member in a party). You will also be responsible for any outstanding payments, any generic/special request(s) made by you or the members of your booking, for whom the booking has been made.
(c) It is your responsibility to ensure that any information provided to either us or the supplier is true in every aspect and that any information updated to you would be communicated to all the members of your group (booked with us), within due time.

Holiday Packages / Tours / Excursions terms and conditions
1. Prices given are as per current exchange rate, in case of increase in ROE rates may vary.
2. Rates are valid for 48 hours.
3. Transfers for all tours will be given from Hotel or Residence which are centrally located.
4. Minimum 2 people required for above rates.
5. Above rates are not valid on events or festive dates.
6. Visa approvals is at sole discretion of respective countries immigration officer and not M/s Jas Tours and Travels.
7. We reserve the complete right to reschedule an itinerary or route, adjust pricing, or even cancel a tour whenever, at our sole discretion, mainly if we deem it is vital for your safety or convenience.
8. Unused inclusion in a tour package is non-refundable.
9. Any guest failing to reach on time at the designated pick-up point will be considered a no-show. No reimbursement or alternative transfer will be arranged in such circumstances.
10. Should a tour booking be cancelled or altered for reasons of bad weather, vehicle issue or traffic problems, we will make all sincere efforts to arrange alternative service with similar options, however, based on its availability.
11. Pick-up and drop-off timings listed above are estimated, and they will be adjusted as per your location, theme park opening time and as well as traffic conditions. Exact Time list will be given to you by our Dubai Tour Coordinators once you reach Dubai. (A day before tour the timings are sent on whatsapp)
12. Complete Package Payment should be cleared 15 days before your travel. Late Payments may end up completing the bookings late and we will not be responsible for availability of timings and slots of tours given to you in itinerary. If Package is on non- refundable basis full amount required at time of booking.
13. Effective 1 September 2017, the mandatory RM10 Tourism Tax (TTX) per room per night will be taken by Guest Directly in Malaysia Hotels.
14. The “Dubai Tourism Dirham” charge will appear as a separate line item on the guest’s invoice to be settled directly upon check out at Dubai Hotel.
15. Driver will wait only for Max 05 minutes For SIC or Max 15 minutes for PVT, please be punctual at all times.
16. For one adult and one child travelling please use the adult rate for the child.
17. For Airport Pick up and Drop our SIC Coach timings are fix, So if you are booking on sharing its possible once you land if one of the coach has left you may have to wait for max 2 hrs for 2nd coach.
18. In any case the guest does not show up on time and our vehicle departs from the pickup location, then we will not arrange for alternative transfer & no refund is provided for the missed tour.
19. Seating arrangement is done as per the availability & it is decided by the Driver or Tour Guide except in case of private transfers.
